My first pair
I've been wanting to make a pair of these for some time now. I'm short and round....I had to add a few inches to the pattern. My pants originally had a nicer bottom... I used the top edge of the sheet....which I then had to hem as they were too long. I picked my least favorite vintage sheet to experiment with. Now, I have a better plan and will defintely make a few more. Very comfortable.

They turned out great Marcia and look very comfortable. That reminds me that I bought a pattern for pants like that when I was in Melbourne in December. I will make the pants later it's too hot now but I did buy fabric for a dress.

I love your pants! I wear flannel jammie pants all the time. When your a SAHM comfort is important! Yours are so much prettier than my flannel ones though. I sent your package today. Sorry for the delay! I hope you like it. My other half said it was ugly so now I feel unsure of it. I liked it though and I hope you do too!
They look really comfy - I have been meaning to make some as well and with winter fast approaching I had better get started!
