Favorite Friday Blog Finds

These bags were a gift from a friend. She taught me to make them when I started sewing again. While cleaning out my sewing room, (Yes, it's really, finally, done!) I came across little scraps of batting and all kinds of fabric scraps. I've started cutting out the batting for these and hope to make more as I get busy with other projects. They are a great way to practice free motion quilting.

A new softie tutorial from Molly Chicken. I love her stuff.

For those of you who love to knit....I came across some great free knitting patterns here.
If you're starting to think about Christmas gifts here are some gift in a jar ideas. Might make good teacher or neighbor gifts.
Wee Wonderful just published new doll patterns. I've purchased mine. Her patterns are wonderful, she is such a creative gal. I'v made her Olive doll twice now.
