Getting ready for Christmas

I loved this post at Joybucket

She calls it Wrappadappadoo! I found I needed to use a 27" square piece of fabric to cover a standard shirt box. Instead of using two separate pieces, I sewed 90" of ribbon right down the center.

I didn't really like the little ribbons in the front, so I put some applique on a few for added decoration.

From 3/4 yard of fabric, I was able to make enough to wrap a box and make a small gift bag too.

Thanks Susan, for such a good idea.
