It was my first attempt at fabric covered buttons. I love this pattern and will definitely make it many more times.

Baby Sweater
When I first saw this sweater here, I fell in love with everything about it. (You have to scroll down a bit at the link above.) I especially loved the color selection, but more than that, the fabric covered buttons.I ordered the pattern and made this for a friend who is expecting her first daughter, Violet this Spring.

What a sweet little sweater. I think it would be also look so pretty in two tones of grey wool. You are such a good knitter!
